The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provides security, safety and loss control by monitoring, observing, reporting and taking appropriate actionProvides superior service to our guestsMust seek out opportunities to be of serviceMaintain highly visible patrols to insure a safe gaming experienceResponds appropriately to a wide variety of property, life or asset-threatening conditions with immediate assistanceMaintains the confidentiality of pertinent informationObserves safety hazards, violations of policies, procedures, rules or laws, and reports to shift managementAssure quality support to other departments so that they may serve guests more effectivelyPromote the property promotions and eventsCoordinates and communicates with other Security personnel or Boomtown staff to provide optimum security and customer serviceMaintains accountability for assigned monies during fills, drops and escorts, and other assigned dutiesMonitors and protects Boomtown and customer assets within his/her control, reporting theft and/or destruction promptly to appropriate personnelAnswers questions, offers assistance as required and generally functions as a departmental host for Boomtown's customersCompletes a wide variety of paperwork on a daily basis as needed by the department and by the companyCreate fun and excitement with the customer BRING US YOUR BEST.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
Must obtain a First Aid/AED certification. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier.
