JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for protecting company assets, employees, and guests in accordance with company policy. Experience in security / law enforcement field preferred / Military background preferred. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest/employees. Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents concerning the welfare of guests, employees and property; respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as make rational decisions; complete documentation as well as recall specific details on incidents and persons

involved in incidents; communicate directly with outside authorities: Metro police department, Fire 

department and Paramedics as needed in response to property incidents; comply with all policies and procedures of the department and company; provide direction and instruction to guests/employees in emergency situations, as well as follow orders given by outside agencies and Harrah's management.   Knowledgeable in investigations, gaming regulations and internal controls.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED, 3 years’ experience, Driver’s License, Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming License Must be certified for CPR and AED cards, Must be able to restrain adults in excess of 200 lbs.
