The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort, is looking to welcome a Security officer to join the team! Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, we offer direct access to the beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. Lincoln Road’s shopping and dining and Miami Beach Convention Center are within four miles! Ideal candidate has at least one year of security experience. Hotel background and Spanish speaking proficiency preferred but not required.

Schedule: Full Availability. Typical shift times are 7am-3:30pm, 3pm- 11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am (weekends and holidays availability required)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Security Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPatrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions\nRespond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property\nPromote safe work practices\nInitiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed\nWrites reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n
