Floaters would be able to attain variable hours in a week, not guaranteed, between 8-40 hours. Seeking candidates who ideally have open availability and flexibility to work any shift, whether it's day, swing, or overnight, and any day of the week, including weekends. If you can commit to working at least two out of the three shift types, we can explore further how your schedule can fit with our needs.
Mandatory Overtime We have a mandatory overtime policy that is strictly enforced. You may be required to work additional hours beyond your assigned shift, which may include staying later or being called in several hours before your scheduled shift.
