Responsibilities In this position you will ensures the safety and security of all Canyon Ranch guests, colleagues and property. Operations: Oversees the security gate; screens vehicles, greets guests and operates the security equipment (Safe reader, Mobile Data Unit-MDU, Dialock, Video camera monitoring, 2 way radio and Entra-Pass). Lost & Found: Investigates all lost and found property and ensures properties returned to guest, including shipping using FedEx and tracking for billing. Surveillance: Patrols property utilizing vehicle or on foot. Communication: Investigates security & safety incidents, conducts interviews with guests and colleagues, documents findings. Safety: Responsible for responding to medical and other emergency calls. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Previous related experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
