Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour

This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential. 

Some Responsibilities May Include: 

Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc. Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers. Work special security assignments as required.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed  Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic  Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication  Must be open to travel to different locations and work different sites Must have own vehicle and valid Drivers License  Must be able to work 2 of the 3 shifts (e.g., 2nd and 3rd shifts or 1st and 3rd shifts) All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
