Shift: Sat & Sun: 8AM - 4PM

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Intermediate computer / technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, logs, via handheld devices and computers Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist  vendors, drivers, general public, co-workers, Site Supervisor, and Office Management Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct internal / external foot & mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions - to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized persons Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable with access control and turning away public / visitors that are not permitted on site Must have a Colorado Driver's License and a clean driving record Must have a personal vehicle  Must be willing to provide additional coverage as needed  Must be able to work in a team environment to achieve site / organizational goals Must be able to meet Colorado Springs Business License requirements for Guard Card License and continue to maintain license every year  Must be able to respond to emergency situations with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation / force if required Successful candidates will have the ability to remain cognoscente and vigilant during entirety of shift Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while remaining organized and professional
