Location: Chesterfield
Pay: $18.00 / Hour - Weekly Pay
Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a full-time position with the following key responsibilities and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Regular and predictable attendance is required.Maintain the confidence and trust of peers, superiors, and the public.Work independently or collaboratively with others.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.Handle stressful situations with calm and effective decision-making.Accept, prioritize, and follow through on work direction.Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Perform physical tasks such as frequent walking, occasional running, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, crawling, and using hands/arms extensively.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver’s license.Ability to handle a variety of physical tasks as described above.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in any situation.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms.Demonstrate leadership, motivation, teamwork, and commitment to quality management.Sound judgment, professionalism, punctuality, dependability, and overall strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Minimum Requirements:
