**Security Operations Center Officer - Paid Weekly!**
**Location:** Corvallis, OR
**Rate:** $19.00/hour

The Security Operations Center Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after. If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.
**Job Duties:**
+ Operators are responsible for access, service requests, camera surveillance, alarm monitoring, emergency responses, deployment, notification, tracking, documenting, VOIP (voice over IP) radio communications, and Global Security assistance as needed
+ Must be able to handle all calls competently and professionally
+ Must ensure that all actions taken, information given, and information received, are documented appropriately and accurately
+ Operators may also perform special tasks as assigned by their SOC Supervisor/SOC Manager
+ Responsible for assisting Global Security Operations involving medical emergencies, provides Loss Prevention investigational support, threat/vigilance assessments, and traveler assistance
+ Monitor and track door alarms, fire systems, roof and motion tracking alarms for client sites in Canada and America
+ Monitor CCTV, Anvil, local and global news, and social media for any activities that might cause a loss, delay, or interruption to client business
+ Must participate and complete all monthly, quarterly and/or intermittent client, provider and Department of Homeland Security required training

**Position Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must have a reliable means of communication
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
+ H.S. diploma or G.E.D.
+ Excellent verbal, written and non-verbal customer service and communication skills
+ Must have strong technology skills
+ Ability to multi-task needed
+ The ability to obtain and maintain access and client employee records, statistical information, as well as prepare reports is needed
