Summary:
Huntington is looking for qualified candidates to become Security Operations Center Specialists(Physical Security).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Security Operations Center Manager, but takes tactical direction from Security Operations Center Lead.Answers incoming calls regarding suspicious activity and/or security related events.Creates reports and maintains detailed logs of all calls and activities.Contacts relevant security and non-security colleagues to coordinate response or for assistance resolving issues.Monitors complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinates appropriate response to alerts.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED1 years of experience either in an emergency call center or security experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Technology experience (i.e. MS Office)Experience working in a dispatch or alarm monitoring centerBachelor's degreeStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskWork effectively within a high intensity environment#Hybrid
