Security Operations Centre Shift Lead 

Location: Bracknell (BRA01) 

We are looking for a Security Operations Centre Shift Lead to manage a team of technical and security specialists in a challenging 24x7x365 support environment.  Your role will involve maintaining the standard of operational support and meeting service level agreements in the management and defence of supported services. As the leader of an out-of-hours support team, you will be required to ensure that your team is prepared to deal with, or escalate, and problems that may arise.

Your experience
•Proven track record of team leadership.
•Self-motivation and discipline.
•Understanding of information technologies and their functions. 
•Well-developed communication skills.
•Customer and business orientation.
