Kforce has a client that is seeking a Security Operations Specialist in Grapevine, TX. Responsibilities: * Security Operations Specialist will conduct vulnerability assessments and analyze results to identify and prioritize risks * Develop and implement remediation strategies in collaboration with IT and engineering teams * Monitor, track, and report on the status of vulnerability mitigation efforts * Lead and/or participate in security incident investigations, containment, and remediation efforts * Develop and refine incident response processes, playbooks, and tools * Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents * As a Security Operations Specialist, you will act as a technical lead for security-focused projects and programs * Provide input to stakeholders on best practices for secure system design and operations * Stay updated on emerging security threats, tools, and technologies
