Minimum Qualifications 

Able to work 4 10 hour 3rd shifts a week. 3rd shift with Rock Security is 9 pm to 7 amAbility to work weekends and holidays on a rotation or request basisExperience in security, law enforcement, military, or related experienceExperience operating video surveillance systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications 

2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related experience or relevant level of educationExperience dispatching security and law enforcement entitiesCertified SOC Analyst (CSA), GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC), or related certifications

Job Summary

As a Security Operator, you will gather information and take action on any potential threats to Family of Companies personnel, physical assets, image, reputation or other stakeholders while driving safety within the Family of Companies (FOC) and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Gather information from multiple open-source locations, including various media outlets, government agencies and subscription servicesCreate, review and edit various reports to be disseminated to leadershipCalmly and effectively handle high-stress situationsManage dispatch console and dispatch accordingly using proper radio etiquetteManage multiple email boxes, compose emails, and properly categorize emailsAssist with camera investigationsComplete Access Control requestsOperate analytical and video surveillance systems to identify suspicious behavior and activity in or near owned and occupied properties  Collaborate with law enforcement partners by assisting with run sheets, badges, radios, and briefingsHandle, document, and route escalated calls/surveillance requests/concerns to leadership
