Security Patrol Supervisor (Fri-Mon / 11pm-7am) - $29.72/hour
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS:** **Title:** Quality Control Supervisor **Schedule:** Friday-Monday (11pm-7am) OR Friday-Sunday (3pm-11pm) **Pay:** $31/hour **Requirements:** Valid Driver's License, Prior Security Supervisor Experience **Principle Duties and Responsibilities** Specific duties or tasks may vary and the employee may not be required to perform all functions listed. Additional duties may be assigned or modified according to business requirements. + Oversee and support the daily operations of FAS program through direct interaction and supervision of FAS guard staff regarding operational activities. + Coaches, disciplines personnel as appropriate, seeks advice from company management, meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions. + Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues as they are reported by client employees and contractors, and/or security personnel + Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated. + Assign and dispatch calls for security assistance + Monitor CCTV and CCURE systems for FAS portfolio. + Directly handle scheduling and staffing issues + Prepare reports as required for site under the direction of the FAS Manager and client + Auditing security systems, dispatch logs, CCTV systems, and alarm reports + Serve as the initial contact for all Security related access control used within the entire FAS account. + Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training of FAS personnel + Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required **Skills** + Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures + Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form + Ability to be an effective team member + Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances + Courteous telephone manner + Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization + Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports + Ability to develop strategies needed to organize time, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity + Ability to provide high quality customer service + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures + Ability to maintain composure when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, co-workers, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations + Understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office applications, Tyco Software House Applications, CCURE Access Control System Hardware, CCURE 9000 **Experience Required:** 1+ years in security supervisor/management **Physical Requirements:** + May be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area + May be required to work additional hours without advance notice + Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others + Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain + Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling + Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds + Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus + May be required to use a vehicle in the performance of duties + May be required to occasionally perform stressful and/or physical activity + Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others + Job responsibilities require ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with client Non-Disclosure Policy "Securitas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
