Oversees and is responsible for the daily oversight of outsourced activities. Works with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure accuracy, and adherence to SLA deliverables.

Core Responsibilities:​

Serves as an escalation point and utilizes deep technical knowledge for problem resolution​

Serves as a subject-matter expert on pricing systems and operations​

Works with internal and external partners on successful coordination and completion of fund events and internal stakeholder requirements ​

Completes and/or reviews reporting and reviews stakeholder inquiries. ​

Provides coaching and training support to Security Pricing Oversight Analysts and peers ​

Acts as process owner, for most operational processes maintained by team ​

Is the main relationship owner with the service providers and 3rd party pricing vendors ​

Identifies opportunities for process improvement and serves as lead on business projects and initiatives​

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.​​

Qualifications: ​

Three years related business experience. Accounting or Finance related experience preferred.​

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
