Security Professional - IT Server Facility

Allied Universal Security is looking for Security Guards to join our team in providing security to a large Data Server Center in the USA Parkway Area.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Have a drivers license for minimum 1 year and be able to reliably commute to USA Parkway area

- Strong computer skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Be comfortable standing, walking, and/or sitting for long periods of time

- Data center experience preferred

- OSHA10 & first aid preferred

Pay $20.00 Hourly

Benefits Information:

1. Healthcare

a. Non-union employees are entitled to ANTHEM 6000 or AETNA HDHP plans;

b. Union employees follow CBA benefits.

c. Benefit selection must be completed within 60 days of assignment to site, via EHUB.

2. *Sick Days and Vacation (PTO)

Non-union get Anniversary PTO 0-3 yrs = 64 hrs; 4-8 yrs = 80 hrs; 9+ yrs = 120 hrs PTO. a. Can be taken as vacation or sick days

3. *Parental Leave

12 weeks fully paid parental leave including adoption leave and baby bonding for non-birthing parent/partner, that must begin within 30 days before or after birth/adoption date, and must be consecutive. (Cannot take a month, then wait a month and take another month off.)

4. *Tuition Reimbursement

$5,000 tax free tuition reimbursement per year is available, but must be used for career-related learning.Use the standard AUS tuition process.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
