As a Security Program Manager, you will help drive engagement across our business and technology stakeholders by expediting security processes across our portfolio of projects and initiatives. You will work with our Security Architecture team to coordinate efforts and drive consistency in project and program execution.


What you will do:

Expedite key Security Architecture processes such as request triage, categorization, and assignment of tasks to the appropriately skilled resource(s)Partner with business and technology teams to facilitate smooth process flows for the Security Architecture engagementOrganize and prioritize the work on our Kanban board in alignment with organizational prioritiesCollaborate with Security Architects on ongoing initiatives to proactively identify and resolve blockers or process improvementsUnderstand security policy, good practice, and risk appetite to guide project teams directionallyImplement process improvements and guidance given by leadershipDevelop relationships, tools, and resources to foster security ambassadors in our organization and enable project teamsOrganize, maintain, and share security architectures & design patterns to be used by technology teamsParticipate in the maintenance of security policy, standards & reference materials


What you will bring:

5+ years' experience operating within a technology department, optimally within a technology or financial organizationStrong foundational cybersecurity knowledgeExtensive experience operating with Agile methodologies/tooling (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Ability to collaborate & communicate effectively with technical & non-technical teams towards outcomesAble to understand requirements and estimate project level of effort for Security TeamSkillful in process mapping and the analysis of as-is and to-be processesBachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience

Certifications from the following organizations are a plus: GIAC, PMI, ISACA, ISC2Experience with cloud environments, like AWS or GCPPropensity to develop and execute operational processes consistentlyAptitude for developing and maintaining team cohesionAbility to partner with multiple stakeholders to derive requirements and understand dependencies across initiatives to align work efficiently

Base Salary Range

$92,400.00 - $130,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
