As part of the New Product Security team, you’ll help craft the security and secrecy of our most significant innovations and creative initiatives around the world. You will provide day-to-day support of specialized software engineering teams, deliver performance reporting to partners at all levels of the company, roll-out policies and initiatives globally, and any other duties assigned by the Sr. Director of Global Security. Join us and you’ll influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to safeguard Apple’s most innovative and disruptive technologies.
**Description**
This position will give you the opportunity to lead and develop highly effective teams within a fast-paced/high-growth environment. You will be challenged to overcome a steep learning curve to quickly understand complex real-world scenarios. That understanding will help you build plans to mitigate risks, and drive consensus from cross-functional teams to deploy those recommendations. Planning, crafting, and running work streams to implement complicated large-scale initiatives will be necessary.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience in project management or operations within teams developing and releasing a consumer product
+ Experience managing complex projects & processes across cross functional teams
+ B.S. or equivalent degree
+ 25% travel (international and domestic)

+ Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings
+ Experience working for a multinational company with operations in China or Southeast Asia
+ Posses a practical understanding of security processes and risk frameworks

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
