Security Project Manager
Position Description:

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic security projects and programs on a global scale. In this key corporate role, you will be responsible for the management, planning, implementation, and deployment of innovative, high-impact solutions across our 40 countries. You will join a talented and diverse international team in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, and oversee all project/program activities.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for the implementation of enterprise solutions (if required).
• Engage and coordinate with resources and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Establish clear, measurable goals and success criteria for projects.
• Report on project progress to sponsors and various steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage outstanding issues and change requests.
• Ensure deliverables comply with established standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal clients to define and deliver project requirements.
• Establish governance and communication plans to engage all stakeholders and reduce potential operational impacts.
• Take accountability for the overall success of projects and programs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To succeed in this high visible role, candidate must demonstrate a strong project management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a systematic, results-driven mindset.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
• A minimum 5-8 years of experience in program/project management.
• Passion for innovation and solving complex challenges on a global scale.
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, or application development in security or data privacy.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project / JIRA).
• PMP/Agile certification a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written) (French is an asset).
• Strong leadership skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
