**Job Description** We are seeking for a Security Research Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating the design, development, execution, and implementation of Intel's hardware and software products and services to ensure they meet stringent security standards. **Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:** + Standards and Specifications Compliance: Ensure that all products conform to relevant security standards and specifications. + Innovative Problem Solving: Utilize formal education, judgment, and formal processes to develop innovative solutions to complex security problems. + State-of-the-Art Knowledge: Maintain substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art security principles, theories, and attacks, and contribute to the body of knowledge through literature and conference participation. + Intellectual Property Development: Participate in the development of intellectual property, including patents and scientific publications. + Collaboration and Partnerships: Research technological trends and enable partnerships and collaboration among industry, academia, standards bodies, product teams, and other technical groups to address important technology and customer issues. + Proof-of-Concepts and Prototypes: Perform research to define boundaries and create proof-of-concepts or prototypes for new ideas/exploits. **The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:** + Excellent team player and English communication skills. + Passion about ensuring product security. **Qualifications** **Minimum qualifications,** you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position: + Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related. + 1+ years of experience in: + Logic Design or Validation, using System Verilog. + Programming skills in C, Assembly, Python, and Bash. + Applying knowledge about CPU Architecture. + Intermediate to advanced English level. The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
