What will you be doing?

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Security Sales Advisor to join our Security Sales team, specializing in the Energy & Utilities Vertical. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the core Energy & Utilities Vertical Team and cross-functional teams across WWT to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, driving initiatives from concept to business outcome.

The primary focus of this position is to meet sales goals by promoting World Wide Technology's suite of security services and products, establishing World Wide Technology as the primary strategic, advisory, supply chain, and implementation partner. Ideal candidates will have experience selling security solutions within the Energy & Utilities sectors.

 

MUST BE LOCATED IN the Eastern United States

 

Responsibilities:

· Focus on profitable revenue generation in security product and services with large customer clientele in the Energy & Utilities sector.

· Expanding WWTs presence by driving relevance to customer's key business objectives across IT and OT Security as a function of the overall business strategy

· Establishing yourself as a Trusted Advisor to Cyber Security leaders across target accounts

· Professional networking to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-making managers at targeted clients.

· Maintaining client and OEM relationships, creating value for client account from Idea to Outcome

· Lead the selling strategy creating short and long-term plans based on research and a deep understanding of business and technology trends related to Utility and Energy industries and target accounts across the IT and OT space.

· Determining the optimal (and appropriate) coverage model across all teams and organizations within WWT

· Continuing education on evolving security, networking, unified communication, virtualization, and storage technology.
