Security Rover/Greeter Officer 

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Security Rover/Greeter Officer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Security Officers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Assist in providing a safe environment for all persons entering the property 

Emphasize prevention of incidents or accidents on property 

Document all incidents that are reported to Security  

Greet guests, homeowners, employees, vendors and visitors at our entry gate 

Patrol the property locking and unlocking restricted or back of house areas 

Respond to homeowner’s residences for fire or intrusion alarms 

Respond, remain calm and address disturbances, medical situations, crimes and threats to life and property 

Perform patrols of the property using a marked Security vehicle 

Assist with the handling, safe keeping and returns of Lost and Found items 

Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, go up and down steps and lift 50 pounds  

 

WHAT TO BRING 

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

Ability to accurately read, write and Communicate  

Work with computer programs, Word document and Excel 

Strong customer Service skills 

Qualify and possess a State required Security Guard Card 

Pass an Emergency Medical Responder class and become certified 

Must have a valid driver’s license  

Prior Law enforcement, military, or security experience is preferred
