Summary:  Responsible for the day to day operations of the security department on the assigned shift. Develops and implements security policies and procedures, and ensures all are followed appropriately. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the security staff on the assigned shift.

 

Essential Functions:

Trains, develops, directs, and counsels security personnel on the assigned shift Reviews and approves all documentation generated during the shift to include, but not limited to Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Performs, as necessary, all duties required of Security Officers Conducts employee locker audits Provides overall protection of company assets Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner Interacts with local law enforcement and emergency medical services as required Firearms knowledge to include regular inspection of all weapons Controls access to lost and found and valuable lock-up areas Supervise all security functions in the absence of the Director of Security Assists guests and employees with escalated security questions, concerns, or complaints Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Performs other duties as assigned
