Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:Oversee and manage on-site emergencies and security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective communication with management and the Security Operations Center. The role involves meticulous documentation of incidents, adherence to security reporting protocols, and supervision of site schedules to ensure contractual compliance. Managing staff schedules, approving time off requests, and addressing company infractions with progressive disciplinary measures.Facilitating communication and collaboration between senior management and security personnel stationed on-site, with the primary objective of ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of security operations in alignment with both post orders and corporate policies.
Key Qualifications:5-10 years of professional experience, including law enforcement and private security management.Current state driver’s license and clean driving record required.Reliable transportation and means of communication.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments, and maintain punctuality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective report writing.The ideal candidate will be energetic, focused, and capable of de-escalating situations while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
