Security Site Supervisor - Corporate Building

· 40hrs/wk

· M-F Daytime, 7am-4pm, with 1 hour off the clock lunch

· Holidays are worked with Holiday rate

Supervisory Functions

· Manage weekly schedule and assignments for a single site team of approx. 15 Officers (~540hrs/wk)

· Schedule additional Officers for escorts and special events

· Ensure effectiveness of all shift operations, meeting the SLA

· Site includes a Regional Security Operations Desk staffed 24x7 monitoring client sites and handling badge requests across North America

· Own general Supervisory expectations such as motivating, hiring, promoting, and disciplining the team.

· Manage first line Supervision training of Officers

· New Officer 40 hour Orientation/Training, Ongoing quarterly training for Security Officers, Updating Officer Post Order documents, SOPs, and memorandums

Security Functions

· Assists Broadcom Account Manager and other Security Managers with investigations, handle Security Incidents, and escalate to management as needed.

· Periodically conduct and document Site Security inspections.

· Must be thoroughly familiar with site emergency procedures and security’s roles in emergencies and respond to emergencies and problem situations.

· Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

· Assist with HR terminations (highly confidential information)

· Assist with initial troubleshooting of access control and CCTV components

· Ensure critical hardware situations are promptly dealt with (e.g. perimeter door lock failure)

· Ensure security system hardware problems are promptly escalated to management

· Create and maintain various specific tracking sheets for management

Position Requirements/Experience

· Customer Service mindset

· Prior success managing a team of Security Officers (or equivalent successful experience) - with STRONG preference given for experience overseeing an SOC team.

· Ability to read and speak fluent English and clearly communicate with varied staff from different backgrounds and nationalities with ease.

· Prior LE or Military background preferred, but not required.

· Experience operating an access control and CCTV system required. STRONG preference given for experience with Lenel access control.

· Effective computer literacy skills required – preference given for experience with Google Office suite, as well as Microsoft Office suite, G-mail, Drive, Box, etc.

· Professional presence and demeanor necessary

· Ability to proactively develop and maintain positive working relationships with various site managers and stakeholders from non-security groups within the client site.

· Ability to be on your feet, walking a corporate campus much of the day (nearly all inside).

Full Time

Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
