Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Security Experience - 6+ Months (C112)Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Customer Service Experience (B219)A security shift supervisor is a key member of the security supervisory team, responsible for the safety and security of people, property, and exhibits. They may also provide training and guidance to security staff.Here are some responsibilities of a security shift supervisor:Manage security personnelThis includes assigning tasks, delegating duties, and monitoring performance.Conduct briefingsSecurity shift supervisors may hold daily briefings with their team.Respond to incidentsThey may be responsible for responding to security incidents and notifying the proper authorities and clients.Monitor systemsThey may monitor security systems and CCTV, and perform regular patrols to identify potential breaches.Ensure post orders are followedThey may ensure that security officers and other personnel follow post orders and complete established rounds.File reportsThey may be responsible for filing required reports.Train security staffThey may interview, hire, and train security staff, including new hires and current staff. Training may cover workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and other safety and security topics.Keep recordsThey may keep daily records of security-related incidents that occur at their place of employmentBe at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalentPossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
