Securitas Security is looking for experienced **Site Supervisors** to lead our teams at a dynamic steel manufacturing company. This individual will be assigned to a client site to ensure operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, scheduling, supervision, and training. We are seeking individuals who motivate, inspire, and help develop their team, while upholding the overall expectations of our company and clients.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** :
+ Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to posts at client site(s); ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed.
+ Act as the point of contact for emergency situations, notifying proper authorities and the client.
+ Provide coaching and discipline to personnel as necessary, seeking guidance from company management when appropriate.
+ Train and review post orders and assignment details with Security Officers and other company personnel.
+ Ensure adequate coverage of all posts in collaboration with company management or designated representatives.
+ Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide high-quality customer service.
+ Perform Security Officer duties as needed in accordance with post orders and company policy.
+ Provide positive direction and motivate performance.
+ May be required to work overtime with short notice.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** :
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
**REQUIREMENTS** :
+ 18 years of age or older
+ High School Diploma or GED Required
+ Standard computer/technology skills (keyboard, basic computer usage, and operating controls)
+ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
+ Strong verbal/written communication skills
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus
+ Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally
+ Great attention to detail
+ Reliable means of communication and transportation (public or private)
+ Legal right to work in the U.S.
+ Must be able to speak, read, and write English
+ Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
+ Ability to learn quickly and carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions
+ Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
+ Prior management experience required
+ Must pass a drug test and background check
