Description Position at SBM Management

The Security SME (Subject Matter Expert) will support the oversight of security vendors and programs at specified sites.  

Responsibilities  

Prepare and present security Program Governance and reporting information based off agreed upon frequency.     Prepare and conduct monthly review meetings with security vendor     Collaborate with other IFM Security professionals      Escalate unresolved or major issues impacting business to management, including recommendations to pursue service level remedies where appropriate      Continually review best practices to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develop a plan to respond to incidents     Manage vendors – budgets, deliverables, meets deadlines, and project reports     Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors to create open channels of communication and ensures vendor alignment with client needs     Assess and monitor vendor performance against contractual commitment     Some travel may be required, up to 20%            

Requirements           

Bachelor of Science in Information Security or Computer Science or 3+ years of direct information security experience. 

Compensation: $60.00 per hour     

Shift: Part time consultant (approximately 10-12 hours a week).
