Description/Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. Duties: - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises - Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence - Respond to alarms and security incidents - Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents - Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations - Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems Experience: - Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred - Certification in security training or relevant field is a plus - Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is beneficial - Familiarity with loss prevention techniques - Ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy Join our team as a Security Supervisor and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for all.
