WE LOVE OUR WORK. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and employees.Monitor and control guest access to and from the casino.Maintain a log of guest counts.Audit the slot machine fills and payment of jackpots.Accompany all movement of money to and from the gaming tables, cage or vault.Schedule departmental staff for coverage.Train new employees and update all employees on policies and procedures.Remove unruly or intoxicated guests from the facility.Conduct investigations of incidents as required.Other duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST. 2-3 years experience in a security related field is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and employees.High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must understand and speak the English language.This position is required to drive a company vehicle and adhere to the company MVR policy. Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and complex written and oral instructions. Ability to solve difficult problems.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
