This position will be responsible for maintaining highly confidential reports, coordination of security training, maintaining numerous accounts from vendors, liaise between agencies and Security, maintaining ID system data, personnel file record keeping, routine administrative functions, receiving visitors, communicates and coordinates security assessments.

Handles day to day needs of office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Bachelor's Degree required 3 years of work expeirence rquired Kronos (EZ Time) Training Preferred Amag Symmetry knowledge Preferred Knowledge in Omnigo for Security Reports Preferred

Microsoft Word & Excel

Able to use Fax Machine, Copier, etc.

Ability to type 45 or more WPM in a fast-paced environment;  

Comfortable with excessive data-entry

Maintains highly secured & confidential information in a timely fashion.

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills
