Security Training and Awareness Lead

As the Security Training and Awareness Lead, you will play a vital role in uncovering unique threats and creating engaging training content to mitigate existing risk. Lean on your presentation and organizational skills to change unsecure habits and behaviors throughout the organization. Supports the information security team in internal and external official communications, and management of internal SharePoint sites


Job Functions:

Lead information security awareness activities for the enterprise. Manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly information security awareness communications. Support information security team with branding efforts, documentation templates, and Share Point sites in conjunction with the branding team. Develop and deliver content and communications for special events and cyber security awareness month.Manage day to day operations of shared inboxes, evidence collection for numerous audits, be the point of contact for general security questions, partner with the Threat Intelligence Team to gather industry/company specific trends to build enterprise targeted communications/campaigns.Provide technical support, phishing campaign management, and phishing reporting for our security awareness and training technology. Maintain and optimize the tool, configure and deploy phishing campaigns, assist users, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure its effective utilization in the Deluxe Information Security training and awareness program.Conduct cyber risk assessments and evaluate models to ensure alignment with the organization’s risk posture.Maintain documentation for the cyber risk management program, including methodologies, tools, and processes.Collaborate with enterprise program teams to discuss risk themes, share lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare internal risk assessment reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Apply IT risk assessment methodologies by leveraging industry best practices.Learn IT risk assessment methodologies by becoming familiar with industry best practices. Support policy and procedure development to enhance security and compliance. Assist with special projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Maintain documentation for the Security Training and Awareness program, including methodologies, tools, and processes.Collaborate with enterprise program teams to discuss risk themes, share lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years of experience.Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, information security, compliance or related field and 8 years of related experienceSharePoint development skillsSecurity & Awareness background, current involvement with industry trends and leaders in this space.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, including external auditors or regulators.Ability to market messages in a way that users change their behaviorStrong creative mindset, able to work through creative themes, mixed media delivery (articles, videos, podcasts etc).Excellent analytical, presentation and project management skills.Strong ability to navigate organizationally across multiple functional areas providing work direction on risk activities and governance processes.
