You Will:
Engage in farmer focused project(s) within your territory aligned with Sales District needs and objectives supported by the District Manager and an assigned mentor. Develop a general understanding of product and relevant technical knowledgeInteract and support channel customer relationships in a defined geography Identify and analyze customer needs to share with the sales management and marketing organization Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information when identified. Interact with channel partners including presentation of products information and promotional materials; For GH business identify potential new seed dealers to engage.Manage within budget guidance, accurately report expenses, operate and maintain company vehicle in compliance with policy, track customer interactions, and submit weekly activity reports.Company Description

Qualifications
Experience required:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline, with a graduation date on or after December 2025 A valid driver’s license and acceptable moving violations record Ability to lead, be self-directed and to work as part of a teamWhat gives you an advantage?
