Procedures:

Surgical ablations (MAZE or Modified MAZE procedures, pulmonary vein isolation Occasionally, epicardial pacer wire when Cardiology can’t get a transvenous wire in; and  places Temporary pacer wires. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) Heart valve repair or replacement? We have an Impella device, but not a true VAD.
