Summary of This RoleAs a member of the Marketing Performance team, the Segmentation & Audience Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing programs by managing the segmentation, audience creation, and list management processes across multiple platforms. This role supports Revenue Generation and Product Marketing teams by ensuring the right prospect lists and audiences are defined, aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and compliant with global consent management practices. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Automation, Lead Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data, to ensure campaigns target high-quality prospects while preventing overlap across programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage targeted lists for marketing campaigns by extracting, refining, and segmenting data from data warehouses (Snowflake) and third-party sources (ZoomInfo).
Oversee procurement of new prospect lists and evaluate potential list vendors or data aggregators.
Build and optimize audience segments in various platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), ZoomInfo, etc.
Coordinate with global Revenue Generation and Product Marketing teams to align targeted audiences with defined ICPs, marketing objectives, and provide insights for audience targeting.
Ensure there is no overlap in audience targeting across different programs, preventing double-tapping or oversaturation.
Collaborate with data teams to maintain data integration standards for list and audience management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing databases.
Generate reports on campaign audience performance, list quality, and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Contribute to data integration initiatives for future CDP implementations, enhancing segmentation capabilities and audience insights.
Explore new technologies and tools for segmentation, list management, and audience analytics to continually improve processes.
Partner with global consent management stakeholders to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all regions.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: No specific field; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, segmentation, or audience management.
Familiarity with global consent management regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data privacy best practices.
Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience working with segmentation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Pardot, Adobe Audience Manager, CDP, Google Analytics, Google Ads, RingLead, ZoomInfo, etc).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of marketing strategies, lead management processes, and audience targeting best practices.
Familiarity with B2B marketing and revenue generation strategies.
Preferred: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and advanced segmentation techniques.
Preferred: Background in working with or supporting multi-regional marketing teams.
