Job Description:
Select Health is a community health plan serving more than 1 million members. Select Health’s line of businesses include Medicare, Medicaid, FEHB, Marketplace Qualified Health Plans, and fully funded and self-funded Commercial Employer plans.Select Health Autism Program Manager reports to a line of business leader or department leader to help successfully manage the daily operations of a specific care management or utilization review program. This role is responsible for communicating and demonstrating the of value of Select Health programs to internal and external stakeholders and to members eligible for the program. The manager will serve as a subject matter expert in executing the program and adhering to any applicable regulatory requirements.
This position may lead a team of caregivers in their assigned role.

Hybrid position with remote work and office work at Select Health site in Murray, Must live in Utah, Required travel to sites of Autism care.
Essential Functions
Promotes collaboration across functions and establishes effective interfaces with system stakeholders and members toward enhancing performance and program deliveryHires and manages performance of Care Managers, Care Navigators or Utilization Reviewers who support members enrolled in the programAssists in program development and serves as a SME/resource for clinical process and programmatic needs.Promotes a continuous improvement orientation- works to address gaps and promotes program adherence with requirements and monitoring of internal processes and related metricsDemonstrates a strong clinical understanding of all aspects of Care and Disease Management programs or utilization management programs, functions and processes.Creates and presents reports and other information for stakeholders regarding program performance, including outcome measure and return on investment.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in clinical specialty (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy)Experience in insurance/managed care or care delivery settingsAbility to work complex projects and manage deliverablesMinimum 1-year experience in care management/navigation or closely related field including Utilization Management, discharge planning, managed care, health promotion, health coaching, behavioral health, quality, or patient educator job role.Strong written, verbal communication and conflict resolution skillsIntermediate computer software and hardware skills, ability to customize computer settings and use multiple monitors and capable of independent troubleshooting internet and applications.Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a clinical, education, Social Work or business specialty.BCBA, BCBAD, APRN in Psych or LCSW licensures.Project management and organization skillsPhysical Requirements:
