The Amazon Fresh team is looking for a Product Manager, Output Metrics, who will be responsible for launching, owning, and continuously improving products, tools, and resources that are critical for measuring selection output metrics, particularly customer engagement. They work closely with Science, Tech, and BI Teams to build KPIs and metrics, drive improvements, discover opportunities and present findings and recommendations to business partners and management. They will establish category-level selection output goals and mechanisms to help the business achieve these goals and track progress.
The ideal candidate will have strong business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of technical concepts. You can operate independently, think strategically, analyze data, influence without authority, and provide strong customer service support. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, and exceptional communications are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and enhance selection output metrics
• Deep dive the impact of selection changes on customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
• Leverage product management and business acumen to clarify, simplify, prioritize, and deliver impactful tools and resources
• Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
• Track, optimize, and report to senior leadership on selection and customer output performance
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting customer data (e.g. dunnhumby, Nielsen/Circana panel)
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
