KEY OBJECTIVE(S): As a selling and service lead, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to our clientele while promoting our products. Your passion for retail and ability to connect with customers will be key to creating a memorable shopping experience and driving sales. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored service that exceed expectations (including but not limited to: personal shopping, interacting with customers on the floor and in the fitting room, styling outfits for customers). + Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including materials and brand heritage to effectively communicate features and benefits + Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards + Operational Excellence: support daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment, and assist with processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. + Clientele Development: identify and nurture potential clients, ensuring follow up communication to enhance customer loyalty. + Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a cohesive and supportive retail environment DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills + A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus + A keen eye for detail and passion for retail + Proficient in using retail software and point of sale systems + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. • Kneel and bend – occasionally. • Ability to push/pull cart with 20 pounds of force. • Standing for extended periods of time.
