Resource Innovations is on the lookout for a passionate SEM Coach to join our expanding national SEM practice in the Midwest and Northeast regions. As a SEM Coach with Resource Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in steering and enhancing both ongoing and new SEM initiatives for our utility clients, as well as for our commercial and industrial partners. This role uniquely blends people and project management, where you will cultivate customer engagement, deliver impactful training, and provide exceptional services to our clients, all while relentlessly pursuing improvements in SEM, energy information systems, and operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Program Management & Facilitation:Coaching: Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions. Coach customer executives, energy managers/champions, and energy teams to integrate energy management into their business practices and to tackle these as a priority. Provide professional training and onsite delivery to clients focused on topics like program/policy development, metric tracking, energy projects, employee engagement, and persistence. Engage with clients to review and understand energy performance results, including outputs from energy intensity models. Work alongside engineers to identify, target, and measure behavioral and operational energy savings. Additional Duties: Maintain high levels of client and customer satisfaction. Utilize flexibility in dynamic work situations that requires independent work ethic tied with ongoing collaboration with internal and external teams. Support and lead marketing and new business development by contributing on proposals, client relationship management, and presenting at conferences. Other duties as assigned.
