Job Title: Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer
Job Duties: Develop, qualify, and implement new processes to support pSemi’s technology roadmap. Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments. Design and develop robust manufacturing processes for the improvement of yield, cost, cycle time and capacity. Provide engineering support for new product development to ensure that processes and designs are compatible. Develop, report, and improve metrics for manufacturing processes. Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput. Use proven problem-solving methodologies to provide technical support to manufacturing needs. Provide engineering support to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.
Required education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or related.
Required experience: 24 months of experience as Process Engineer; or Quality Engineer; or related.
Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 24 months in each of the following:
Wafer backgrinding processes including tape mount and backgrind process development and qualification. Wafer die singulation processes including Laser Groove and Mechanical Saw process development and qualification. Back End and Semiconductor process development and qualification. Laser Marker EO techniques and process development and qualification.Salary $80,000 - $100,000/ year
