Description
We are looking for a Lead Developer or Senior Developer to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications. They are expert problem solvers with extensive programming skills and abilities in multiple coding languages and frameworks. They resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures to navigate complex system overlaps. Individuals in this role identify, plan, and execute integration strategies, create tools for other developers, ensure ongoing monitoring, and maintain as well as optimize builds and releases.
Responsibilities
+ Formulate strategies and design architectures for system integrations
+ Design and develop highly scalable and available integrations using relevant integration/design patterns e.g., REST, asynchronous messaging, etc.
+ Lead development activities to ensure that integration projects are completed on time
+ Help define integration and development standards and best practices and ensure that they are followed by the organization
+ Maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture
+ Analyze and improve current system integrations and migration strategies
+ Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues
+ Assist with the management and operation of integration resources, including computing, storage, databases, and more, in a hybrid environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
This person can move quickly and be flexible to changing priorities (not get frustrated). The company is privately held, so many of the decisions come from the owners and can change week-to-week or month-to-month. They will also need to be able to give pushback tactfully.
Need self-starters, people who want to go out and learn. Limited staffing at the top end of the chain currently since we are a start-up within a larger organization. Not a lot of people who can train are self-starters, people who can engage and start writing code. Understand flow and why it works the way it does
Requirements
+ A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Four or more years of experience as a programmer or computer scientist or a demonstrable level of proficiency
+ Proficiency in C# and .NET( ASP. NET, .NET core)
+ Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation
+ Working knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures
+ Understanding and experience working with agile development methodologies
+ Understanding and proficiency using modern DevOps practices including Git, containers, IaC, CaC, CICD, and more.
+ Experience with Kubernetes is needed.
+ Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team
+ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to perform tasks independently
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
This role will not be able to support ANY sponsorship and will require the individual to work on the client's W2.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $128000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
