WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Nike.com/App Womens based in Korea. There are multiple cross-functional partners you will meet while carrying out key seasonal marketing initiatives, including Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Brand Management, Creative, Analytics, and Media teams. You will also work with agency partners for project planning and execution needs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an expert digital marketer, with deep understanding of the woman consumer- her online shopping behavior and lifestyle- to make data based assumptions that serve as key drivers in delivering brand and business objectives. As Senior Digital Marketing Professional, the candidate should be able to create an optimal brand experience for her incorporating key moments and direct-to-consumer channels.
Being a strong communicator and team player is a crucial part of the job, as new and different digital capabilities may be involved each time brand commerce experiences are brought to life. Understanding of marketing technology and consumer data is also expected.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing (with 3+ years in digital/app marketing)
Experience in driving marketing campaigns with strong commercial impact (women’s category related experience is a plus)
Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Korean), including copy writing, meeting facilitation, making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership
Hands-on expertise on marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings, along with creative marketing planning skills
Excellent project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities as a team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
Initiatives on a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.
Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be an integral member in orchestrating and leading Nike’s digital efforts, specifically in the women’s category. You will be creating end-to-end consumer journeys from strategy to execution, creating a holistic journey for her across the ecosystem. You are expected to utilize digital capabilities to maximize the channel and elevate the consumer brand experience- resulting in an uplift of member engagement, retention and organic traffic.
Your objective would be to establish Nike App/Nike.com as her pinnacle destination for everything Nike.
You will also plan and execute centralized, seasonal engagement plans and marketing campaigns featuring priority product and brand stories. You will leverage planning and analytic insights while collaborating with cross-channel teams to co-develop marketing plans for women’s stories in categories such as running, training, etc. You will also deliver regular performance analytics and incorporate them into the way we connect with our consumers, ultimately to meet brand and business objectives and promote growth.
Act as subject matter expert of the Nike owned platforms (Nike.com/Nike App), providing knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the women consumers’ brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.
Drive the digital offense against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with accountability to Brand and Business.
Operationalize territory playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, digital marketing capability use cases and best practices informed by data and insights to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
Deliver inputs into city-led brand concepts and 365 seasonal campaigns, daily editorial content and production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.
Partner with cross-channel teams to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem.
Partner with Geo and Global teams in the delivery/execution of new digital capabilities and innovative test and learn pilot programs for the city.
Serve as a Digital Marketing expert to the full City Marketing team in driving digital excellence and innovation.
Understand and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers across all digital channels and stores environments.
