What you will be doing 

The Collective Strategic Partnership Senior Program Manager will support Strategic Partnerships, develop, and lead large, complex programs and practices that accelerate business growth, drive efficiencies, and create alignment across our organization and in partnership with teams across Albertsons. The Successful Candidate must be disciplined, dynamic and flexible, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.  

The Collective Strategic Partner Senior Program Manager will report to the Sr Director of Strategic Enablement Office. This role is a highly collaborative and visible position that requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels and the ability to manage high volume, high impact work.  

The perfect candidate is strategic and has a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors.  

The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Boise, Idaho, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, or Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ).  

 

Main responsibilities 

Responsible for understanding and communicating timelines for multiple projects within pillar and cross functional.   Able to keep teams on track across multiple projects, instill accountability on timelines and milestones, understand impact on dependencies, etc.   Work closely with leadership, product team, stakeholders, technical and project leads to establish and align strategic plans, goals, budgeting, prioritization and oversight for execution.   Able to help build templates, process, tools to support the organization.   Lead processes, manage discrete projects as identified and program level planning, communication, and risk mitigation. 

 

The salary range is $102,700 to $143,800 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: 

Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing enterprise-wide programs   Proven expertise in planning, organizing and managing of complex projects that support strategic priorities   Proven expertise to influence people and process, facilitate key stakeholder engagements and drive consensus across all levels   Passion for driving standardization of best practices, problem solving and decision making   Experience with developing and delivering reports and presentations to various audiences, including project team, C-Suite, senior leadership and key stakeholders
