Plans, directs, and executes requirements analysis, business process modeling, usability and 508 compliance for development projects.
Applies industry best-practices and expertise regarding emerging technologies, risk mitigation, and continuity planning.
Plans and conducts tests, and may establish a lab environment for usability testing
Ensures accurate documentation of technical specifications
Identify tools and resources, in support of customer initiatives, goals, and strategies
Demonstrated proficiency in .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB, XML, XSLT, DHTML, VB Script, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL Server, stored procedures, TFS, Visual Studio 2012, MVC 4,Entity Framework, and other .NET data mechanisms.
Demonstrated experience in ODBC, JDBC, XSLT, Web Services, SOA, CSS.
Experience in SQL Server data warehouses, database development, STAR schemas, cubes and business intelligence would be very helpful.
Demonstrated proficiency with .NET design and development including OOD / OOP, C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, Generics, XML, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency with ASP.NET Concepts, Control Development / Integration, Page life Cycle Workflow, and Extensibility.
Experience with JQuery, JSON, XHTML, Data Binding Fundamentals, and DOM Familiarity.
Demonstrated proficiency with .NET 3.5 or above.
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Server (SSAS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Experience with Web Standards and Development Concepts (State Management, Stateless Development, IE 9 Browser development, etc.).
Experience in requirements evaluation (translating functional specifications into technical solutions), requirements gathering, and requirements definition.
Strong analytical, organizational and hands-on problem solving skills, Web technologies, awareness of current Web trends and technologies.
Ability to lead a team and provide thought leadership to the customer.
Ability to test .NET applications prior to delivering them to the customer.
