Senior .Net Developer (DEV3)

Performance Objectives:  

Excellence

Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Architect and implement applications in alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, and software development processes. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide the team in resolving issues efficiently. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to introduce innovations into projects.

People

Collaborate effectively with global team members to define detailed system and sub-system functionality requirements. Serve as a technical lead and mentor, guiding the team on architectural decisions and implementation strategies.

Clients

Act as a trusted technical advisor, participating in client discussions to understand business needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Financial

Contribute to project planning by providing accurate estimates for project timelines and resource requirements. Optimize resource utilization and drive cost-efficient development practices.

The Requirements 

7+ years of experience in professional software engineering with a strong focus on the full software development life cycle, including architecture, development, testing, and operations.Expert proficiency in the following:C# 7.0+, .NET Core, ASP.Net, Restful Services, and APIs (WebAPI)Transact-SQL and RDBMS design and optimizationJavaScript framework such as ReactJSVersion control systems, Team Foundation Server (TFS), GitProven experience in architecting scalable solutions and driving technical direction in complex projects.Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).Strong track record of working in Agile-Scrum environments, including collaboration Product Owners, and geographically distributed teams.Advanced problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical approach.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering collaboration and technical growth within the team.Experience working with US and/or UK counterparts is highly desirable.
