Responsibilities may include assisting in the analysis of special and/or complex problems. May supervise Academic Advisors or other employees. Performance is based on individual advising effectiveness and overall program results obtained. Performing educational academic advising, especially focusing on an assigned student population. 2. Communicating with student populations via appropriate media as assigned, including group presentations, one-to-one appointments, and written documentation. 3. Maintaining thorough and accurate records of every student advising interaction using a variety of electronic record-keeping tools including but not limited to Raider Success Hub. 4. Assessing professional needs and challenges through assigned training and professional development. 5. Executing statistical analysis with minimal oversight. 6. Participating in events and activities designed to improve retention, persistence, and recruitment. 7.
