About the Role:
As a Senior Account and Relationship Executive you will oversee large, complex, and strategic accounts with full authority to set and negotiate terms. You'll drive growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging your significant industry knowledge and deep understanding of account needs. As a senior individual contributor, you will also lead the strategic direction for account management practices.
This role reports to the regional Sales Director.
The key focus will be to grow our business in Nordics and Baltics. You will work together with the existing team to maintain and expand the existing customer base. You will also engage with other financial institutions and partners to grow our business in this key area for our business line. You need to be knowledgeable to present all solutions of our business line (finance, risk and regulatory reporting).
Your responsibilities:
Manage large and strategic accounts with full authority in negotiations.Develop and implement high-level strategic sales plans.Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and market trends.Oversee and mentor mid-level account managers and support their development.Regularly meet with top executive clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.Resolve critical issues with high-impact solutions.Create and execute innovative upselling and cross-selling strategies.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through tailored services.Lead the development of advanced sales policies and strategies.Track and analyze large-scale sales performance metrics.Professional Experience
At least 10 years’ experience selling complex solutions in the fintech industry, preferably in the domains of finance, risk management and compliance with banking supervisors.Fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Other languages (especially Scandinavian languages) are an asset.Skills:
