In this role you will:
Lead relationships with senior clients and stakeholders within agency holding companies in the Nordics
Interact with a team comprising a mix of Account Executives, Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, to manage and drive revenue from a patch of agency-hold companies
Drive your day-to-day work to generate revenue from agencies at all levels
Focus on building new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at a senior level
Coordinate training and revenue-driving opportunities for entire agency teams working with agency team leads to do so
Onboard all internal training on new products, platform features, and market changes and take them to market in a consultative and educational manner. Also, ensure you fully understand the products and opportunities
Coordinate with internal groups to launch new projects and ensure they succeed
Maximise the value of existing relationships
Forecast performance accurately within the territory
Take full ownership of developing and mentoring your direct team
This role requires travel within the Nordics
We’re looking for someone with:
At least 7 years of experience in online advertising (from an ad network, trading desk, publisher, or advertising technology platform)
A detailed understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying (specifically as relates to Real Time Bidding)
A deep understanding and passion for industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
Strong Experience in sales account management
Strong analytical skills including the ability to spot trends in large data sets
Management experience and the ability to motivate others.
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
