The Senior Account Director, SpringServe, EMEA is responsible for managing and growing selected existing, strategic platform customer relationships as the business owner of those accounts. Leveraging a deep understanding of SpringServe technology products and business objectives, the Senior Account Director, SpringServe, EMEA will devise strategic account plans and will work in tandem with Technical Account Managers and other SpringServe teams, to execute plans.
In this role you will:
Manage and grow commercial relationships at a senior level with existing strategic customers
Work with technical account managers to devise a plan to educate & up-sell existing partnerships to utilise the full breadth of the SpringServe platform tools and products
Develop a sales approach by incorporating initiatives and products identified as strategic to the organisation and the account
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products. Capture and relay product feedback from Platform customers to various SpringServe stakeholders
Work with customers to effectively forecast quarterly and annual revenues
Effectively communicate strategy and solutions to the Platform team
Provide operational excellence
Attend events, engage in occasional public speaking opportunities, and be a thought leader internally and externally
Evaluate trends in the ecosystem to create new narratives and identify new ideas to guide the company's business strategy and growth
Travel occasionally when required
We’re looking for someone with:
Business Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)
A growth mindset
Strong negotiation skills
6+ years of experience managing large Internet advertising accounts. Previous work experience at an SSP, large publisher, DSP or Agency Trading Desk is preferred
The ability to be a self-starter and a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic thinking, project management from start to finish, and teamwork
Outstanding computer skills including solid competency on MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Saleforce.com, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Excellent presentation skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects
Strong fundamental prioritisation skills
