Position Purpose
This position promotes, markets, sells and retains various Hometown Health products and services utilizing the consideration of our Value Proposition, Total Cost of Care and Health Service Delivery models to brokers, employer groups, associations, and trusts. This position is challenged to keep the Leadership Team of Sales and Retention and other appropriate management staff informed of opinions, viewpoints, and perceptions of Hometown Health clients within the Sales & Retention and Renown Marketing Department. This information will be used in policy/procedure formulation, benefit plan design and marketing efforts. The incumbent must be knowledgeable of benefit structures for all product lines which include, but are not limited to, fully-insured HMO, PPO, EPO & Self-Funded plans.
Nature and Scope
Promote, market and sale of the Hometown Health and/or Partner Administrators products and services as set forth by Sr. Leadership in FY Accountabilities. Responsible for providing reporting to Sr. Leadership and other appropriate areas. Reporting scope may include dashboard, pipeline, prospects, and sales. Reports should provide a clear picture of current market trends, sales and assess needs of the Sales & Retention and Marketing Departments. Ensure all policy and procedures are appropriate to nature of work in order to meet goals.
This position does not provide patient care.

Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelors degree in related field preferred (can substitute 4 years of related experience).
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience in health related industry or related field required.
License(s):
Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Health Resident Producer license within 90 days of hire. Requires a valid drivers license and the ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada drivers license within 30 days of hire.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
